About Artworks Creating

 

The pictures, and images for JMab Art are about 85% originally of photographs that I have personally taken, the other percentage are a combination provided by my family and from copyright-free, royalty-free websites. 

Jmab Art videos posted are with the intent of showcasing my artworks and JMabArt reserves the right to all video content created, posted, and shared. 

Jmabart collaborates with different artist and their original artworks will be showcased and displayed with attribution of their works and copyright will remain by the original creator.

All artwork and content images may be used for personal use, as in screensavers, or printed out for household décor, but under NO circumstance is it permitted for you to use them for commercial purposes, without proper and prior written permission from the artist /creator.

You must contact JMab Art in order to use an image(s) for commercial purposes, whether or not you now own the original artwork. www.jmabart.com offers the option for a commercial license in my store for selective works.

JMab Art (©) retains all of the copyrights to all artwork on my store and my website, regardless of having sold the original image.

Jmab Art videos created will give attribution to fellow artist artworks created with designing tools such as music, pictures, images, clipart, designs, etc... when required and in accordance with individual tools terms of use when creating videos.

Sharing Jmabart creations

 

Sharing my artwork on social media such Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other platforms within the terms of use of said social media platforms.

When sharing my artworks attribution is required, of my brand Jmabart, and of contributing partners. 

Non-consensual use of artworks monetization will fall under copyright infringement.

 

All violations of the above policies will be investigated and and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
